休暇でカルカッソンヌに来ています。ケイトモスの「ラビリンス」を読んだ時からずっと来たいと思っていたところです。壮大な城砦を持つ歴史ある古い美しい街で、その城砦都市（シテ）はユネスコ世界遺産のひとつです。実際に城砦を目の当たりにし、その壮絶な歴史を思うと圧倒されると同時に心がざわざわしました。

I'm now staying at Carcassonne where I've wanted to visit since I read "Labyrinth" by Kate Mosse. It is a historic fortified French town and the Cité de Carcassonne was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in 1997.
